How it works?
You switch off between the steam sauna and cold plunge throughout a 45 minute session. We recommend starting with the sauna and moving to the cold plunge after 15-20 mins. You go between the two therapies at your own pace for your session, listening to your body and enjoying how they complement one another. When the 45 minutes is up you shower and you are on your way feeing incredibly clear, relaxed and rejuvenated!
Mastering the cold plunge
The cold plunging aspect of this treatment is typically where people get scared away. However, there are breathing methods that make a HUGE impact on being able to withstand the cold. To unlock full benefits of the cold plunge takes only 2 minutes. The breathing method that we recommend is inhaling slowly and exhaling slowly for two/three times as long as you inhaled. Focusing on the exhales draws your attention away from the cold and allows you to get more comfortable.
